PP高温保护膜

CPP protective film, also known as cast polypropylene protective film, is a non stretching and non oriented polypropylene protective film. It is divided into homopolymer CPP and copolymer CPP according to raw materials, and into general-purpose CPP, aluminum plated CPP (WMCPP), cooking CPP (RCPP), etc. according to their functional purposes.

The characteristics of CPP protective film are as follows:

① CPP protective film has high transparency and good flatness

② CPP protective film has good temperature resistance, is prone to deformation, and has a certain degree of scraping without losing flexibility. The softening point is about 140 degrees.

③ CPP protective film has a good hand feel, is light blocking, can have heat sealing properties, and is not easy to reverse stick.

④ CPP protective film has excellent moisture and moisture resistance, with certain oxygen resistance and oil resistance;

⑤ CPP protective film is non-toxic, odorless, odorless, and has good hygiene, with a density of 0.92g/cm3;

Due to its high temperature resistance that cannot be achieved by PE based films, CPP protective films are particularly suitable for electronic manufacturing processes such as IMD and IML

CPP protective film is mainly suitable for photoelectric film, diffusion film, light guide plate, film, prism film, especially for ITO conductive protective film coating, and for use in electronic manufacturing processes such as IMD and IML.
